PamagCUSA is a socio-civic association based in Los Angeles working with the Civil
Society Core Group and the Office of the Governor in Pampanga, Philippines to
advance good citizenship through volunteerism.
We trace our roots from the movement in the Unites States to generate support for
the gubernatorial campaign of Fr. Eddie "Among Ed" Panlilio who ran and won on a
platform based on moral leadership and good governance. Now that Fr. Ed has
assumed the governorship of Pampanga, the crusade has been refocused with civil
society groups working primarily for the advancement of good citizenship to support
the ongoing efforts for good governance.

Advancing Good Citizenship through Volunteerism
PamagCUSA serves as conduit to other socio-civic associations in the United States
who are willing to support the crusade for good citizenship. We are a resource
organization for information on how to help implement Civil Society Groups' and
Governor Eddie Panlilio's programs. In addition, PamagCUSA will initiate its own
information campaign through feature articles, prose, poetry and related literature that
expound on what good citizenship is.
In the short term, PamagCUSA will assist in the Rapid High Impact Projects for the
first 100 days in office certified by the Office of the Pampanga Governor. These
projects are centered on Governor Panlilio’s desire to improve basic services in Health,
Education and Livelihood (HEaL). We will embark on an information campaign with a
fund raising initiative as our way of assisting in these projects.
In the long term, PamagCUSA will support a livelihood program in coordination with
the Civil Society Core group in Pampanga.
