Luid Ka! given to Ayala Foundation USA President Vicki Garchitorena. PamagCUSA Chairman
Ram Pineda presents a copy of the book Luid Ka! to Vicki Garchitorena at a recent Ayala Foundation USA,
the Betisenian Association and PamagCUSA. The book was presented in recognition of Vicki's continued
support of Pampanga and the crusade for good governance. Ayala Foundation's GILAS Project seeks to
connect high schools in the Philippines to the internet.
